A straight-drop design features a repeatable pattern that aligns horizontally with itself. A half-drop design has a pattern that is offset vertically by half the height of the repeatable area. This design option results in a wider visual impact and minimizes a pattern's visual repetition. Since our designs are printed on 50" wide rolls, both our straight drop and half-drop designs will repeat at least once per width and so all of our printed panels will align exactly with the next with a bit of overlap.
We will do our best, but we can’t guarantee an exact match to previous orders. There are subtle variations inherent to the printing process, like ink batches, tonal shifts in the substrate, environmental temperature and humidity, that impact results making it very difficult to deliver exact matching. We encourage you to make careful calculations to ensure you order enough paper from the start.

If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@shopcatinteriors.com. We will need photos of the damage.
If you encounter issues during the installation process and suspect your wallpaper is faulty, please do the following:
Stop installing immediately
Take photos of the issue.
Remove the wallpaper before the paste dries.
Contact us as soon as possible.
If the fault is due to a print or trim error, we will promptly send you a replacement.
It will depend on the status of your order. If you need to cancel, please contact us as quickly as possible at support@shopcatinteriors.com. Please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on the circumstances.

All our wallpapers can be cleaned using a damp cloth and a gentle touch. We suggest that you avoid scrubbing the paper as this can rub off the color and damage the design.
